What We Collect

GRIDWATCH does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. No accounts. No email addresses. No names. No location tracking. No advertising identifiers.

Analytics

We use Datadog to collect anonymized performance and usage metrics from the server. These metrics help us understand system health and improve the simulator. They include:

• Server performance - response times, error rates, uptime
• Simulation metrics - number of sessions played, average turn count, action frequency
• Battlefield generation - generation duration, feature counts

These metrics are aggregate and anonymized. They contain no player identifiers, device identifiers, or information that could be used to identify an individual.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not use cookies on this website
• We do not track you across websites
• We do not serve ads or share data with ad networks
• We do not sell or share data with third parties
• We do not collect device identifiers, IP addresses, or fingerprints for analytics purposes

On-Device Data

Simulation state, loadout presets, match history, and settings are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage (SwiftData, UserDefaults). This data never leaves your device unless you delete the app.
